For non-emergency maintenance, submit a request through the resident portal or contact the leasing office during business hours. For emergencies, use the on-call/emergency maintenance option—available 24/7.
Rent can be paid through our online portal using certified funds or a credit or debit card, and you can even set up automatic payments—just note that certain payment methods may include a convenience fee.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A grace period of 3 days may apply; payments received after the grace period may incur late fees as outlined in your lease.
You can apply online through our <a href="https://www.liveatcedar.com/online-leasing/">leasing portal</a> or visit the leasing office. Each adult pays a non-refundable $100 application fee. Once you’re approved and select your home, a security deposit (typically $250 to one month’s rent) is paid at that time to reserve your apartment and help make your move-in process as seamless as possible.
Water and sewer charges are calculated based on, occupancy, or square footage and are billed through Zego. Those charges are simply added to your monthly statement so everything is easy to keep track of.
Our community is served by the Oncor electric grid, giving you access to many electric providers, and offers multiple options for internet and TV, including Spectrum, AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Residents set up and manage these services directly with the providers of their choice.
Apartments feature stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and oven, along with in-unit washers and dryers and ice and water dispensers. Select homes also offer walk-in closets, private patios, and smart home features, as well as mudrooms, built-in wine racks, and desks.
Yes, Cedar at The Branch offers convenient on-site pet amenities, including a dog park, pet relief areas, and a pet wash/spa station. Residents can also enjoy nearby pet-friendly spaces such as University Crossing Trail and White Rock Lake Dog Park.
Utilities are not included in the rent at Cedar at The Branch. Residents are responsible for electric, internet, and cable, and typically pay a separate, usage-based charge for water, sewer, and trash that is billed through the community each month.
