You can apply online through our leasing portal or visit the leasing office. Each adult pays a non-refundable $100 application fee. Once you’re approved and select your home, a security deposit (typically $250 to one month’s rent) is paid at that time to reserve your apartment and help make your move-in process as seamless as possible.

What features and appliances come with the apartment?

Apartments feature stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and oven, along with in-unit washers and dryers and ice and water dispensers. Select homes also offer walk-in closets, private patios, and smart home features, as well as mudrooms, built-in wine racks, and desks.

Cedar at The Branch offers a resort-style pool, fitness center, dog park, dog wash station, resident lounge, conference room, grilling areas, three landscaped courtyards, and a rooftop deck.
